As a full-service firm with rental properties located from Orcutt to Solvang, Tower Property Management helps potential renters navigate the process, from application to move-in. When the lease term is over, we schedule a move-out inspection and promptly return any deposit funds that are due. We explain all requirements, perform initial credit checks and monitor payments on an on-going basis.

Our financial records are “an open book” and, although we issue monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reviews to both owners and renters, we invite questions. Our staff will be happy to discuss individual accounts at any time. We only ask that you contact us to schedule an appointment so that we can have the appropriate files available.

In addition, we keep track of the trends, monitor rental rates and occupancy figures, and can offer insights and suggestions about property improvement, all in an effort to maximize the financial return on investment.
